Irene Y. Hou is a Chinese-American writer and poet who was born and raised in Southern California. She is one of America’s youngest published authors under pseudonym Rainye Day and has been awarded in the category of Science Fiction/Fantasy in the eLit Book Awards. A recent University of California, San Diego alum, Irene earned her B.S. in Cognitive Science (Interaction Design) and minored in Computer Science. When not huddled in tea shops, you can find her taking sky pics or teaching dogs to talk.
